If the lathe chuck rotates in the
opposite direction of what the
spindle ON/OFF lever indicates,
disconnect the lathe from power. At
the motor junction box, swap the
positions of the wires marked U
U . This will match the motor and

spindle rotation to what is indicated
at the spindle ON/OFF lever.
