Using tbe Remote Commander, you can easily go back to tile desired point oil a tape after
playback.
(1) During playback, press ZERO SET MEMORY at tlle point you later want to locate. The
counter shows "0:00:00" and "ZERO SET MEMORY" appears on tlle LCD screen or in the
viewfinder.
(2) Press • when you want to stop playback.
(3) Press _1_ to rewind or press _ to fhst forward the tape to the cot/nter's zero point. The
tape stops automatically when the counter reaches approximately zero. "ZERO SET
MEMORY" disappears and the time code appears.
(4) Press D>.

Note on the tape counter
There may be a discrepancy of several seconds fi'om the time code.
Notes on ZEROSETMEMORY
• When you press ZERO SET MEMORY, the counter's zero point is memorized. Press
ZERO SET MEMORY again befbre step 3 to cancel the memo W .
• ZERO SET MEMORY may not f\mction when there is a blank portion between pictures on
a tape.
• ZERO SET MEMORY flmctions in recording standby mode.
