MENU(_ 43) CAMERASET UP )b_ WHITE BAL.... AUTO
For ;8: (Indoor) or _:÷:= (Outdoor) Setting:
1. Turn the mode dial to a position other than I_.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [WHITE BAL.].
4. Select [INDOOR _.8:]or [OUTDOOR ;.,_-].
"_0:" or ":÷:" appears.
5. Close the menu.
For Custom White Balance:
1. Turn the mode dial to a position other than I_.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [VVHITE BAL.].
4. Point the camcorder at a white object (such as a sheet of paper), zoom
in until it fills the whole screen and select [SET _m_].
• r_B/lflashes and stops flashing when settings is complete.
• Depending on the light source, r_B/1 may keep flashing. The result will still be better
than with the auto setting.
5. Close the menu.
