1.
Open the Internet Services Manager (IIS):
Click Start, then click Control Panel.
Double Click "Administrative Tools".
Double Click "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager".

Under Web Sites, right-click your Web site and select Properties.

Click the Directory Security tab.

Under Secure Communications, click Server Certificate. If this button is
grayed, no security certificate has yet been imported into the machine.
Follow these steps to import a certificate:
Click Start, then click Run, and enter "mmc.exe".
Click File, then click Add/Remove Snap-in.
In the dialog, click Add, select "Certificates", then click Add.
Select "Computer account" and click Next.
Select "Local Computer" and click Finish.
Click Close to close the "Add Standalone Snap-in" box.
Click OK to close the "Add/Remove Snap-in" box.
Expand the "Certificates (Local Computer)" tree.
Right click "Personal", select "All Tasks", and select "Import".
Browse to find your certificate file.
Click Next, then click Finish.
Close the "Console1" window and save settings.
Return to the IIS management window and click Server Certificate in
the "Default Web Site Properties" box.

The Web Site Certificate Wizard will open. Click Next.

Choose "Process the Pending Request and Install the Certificate", then click
Next.
Important: The pending request must match the response file. If you deleted the
pending request in error you must generate a new CSR and replace this
certificate.
7.
Select the location of the certificate response file, and then click Next.
8.
Read the summary screen to be sure that you are processing the correct
certificate and then click Next.
You see a confirmation screen.
