Mail Preferences
1. Choose Preferences from the File menu, or click on the Preferences icon
from the Toolbar. The Preferences dialog boxes will then appear.
2. Click on the Mail tab and the Mail dialog box will appear.
Mail System
Attached File Format Specifies the file format for the E-mail.
3. When youÕve changed all the necessary settings, click OK to save the
settings and close the dialog box.
Lets you select one of the following mailing
systems: Microsoft Exchange or Lotus cc:Mail.
