OCR Preferences

1. Choose Preferences from the File menu, or click on the Preferences icon
from the Toolbar. The Preferences dialog boxes will then appear.
2. Click on the OCR tab to display the OCR dialog box.

Language
Draft-Mode
Dot Matrix
Straighten Image If the image youÕre OCRing was scanned into
before OCR
3. When youÕve changed all the necessary settings, click OK to save the
settings and close the dialog box.
