Audible Alarms

The FAAST FLEX has a buzzer that provides the following audible feedback:
Buzzer will sound whenever the user presses a button. This is the default configuration and it can be
l
disabled with the Silence button (See section 6.3 WAIT Mode).
Buzzer will sound for 0.5 seconds when the NORMALIZE procedure is completed (See section 6.3.4
l
Normalize).
Buzzer will sound for 0.5 seconds when a data log file or a DIAGTEST.txt has been written to the USB
l
drive (See section 6.3.8 Test Mode).
Buzzer will sound for 0.5 seconds when the cover is opened or closed and there is a conflict between the
l
DIP switch settings and the current device configuration (for example, if a DIP switch has been
accidentally changed).
Buzzer will sound for 0.5 when the detector is connected / disconnected to SMARTCONFIG (Bluetooth
l
App).
Buzzer will sound for 0.5 when the passcode recovery procedure is done.
