Adjust Ribbon Tension
If your thermal transfer ribbon is wrinkling, you may need to adjust the
ribbon tension bar.
1 Open the media cover.
2 Use a large straight-slot screwdriver to adjust the ribbon tension bar:

To decrease the tension, turn the screw clockwise and move the
bar backward.

To increase the tension, turn the screw counterclockwise and
move the bar forward.
