The CP-220A displays the parameter just programmed ([PARAMETER
NUMBER 23]) with its first digit flashing, indicating its request for the
next parameter number. Press either:
• 2 then 4 , or
• then
key and 4 , or
• the

Background:
Upon entering PARAMETER 24, [LF 0A] will be displayed. This parameter has
been factory programmed with the ASCII character [0A] to represent the
LineFeed command. This parameter may be reprogrammed, if necessary, as
dictated by the requirements of the Automation System. Any number between
[01] and [FF] may be programmed in PARAMETER 24, but it must match that
which has been assigned to same function as used by the Automation System.
NOTE: See PARAMETER 11 (on page 2-79) for information on ASCII
coding and the ASCII Character Set.
Programming Procedures:
When PARAMETER 24 is entered, [LF 0A] will be displayed with the [0]
flashing. Any ASCII value between [01] and [FF] may be programmed by
using the NEXT key or the MANUAL/PREVIOUS key to change the first
character, as required.
Once done, use the

necessary. Subsequent movement between the two digits can be
accomplished through the use of the

After programming PARAMETER 24, press the N key to advance to
PARAMETER 25 – the next parameter in Category C.
