POSITIONING THE COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM

All the parts of the system should be installed in hidden locations which are difficult to access
and are wail away from heat sources.

ALARM UNIT

Fit in the passenger compartment. The alarm unit main connector should exit downwards.
SIREN WITH BACK UP
BATTERY
Locate in the engine bay
taking care to position it
as indicated.

SIREN WITHOUT BACK UP BATTERY

Fix in the engine compartment, using the screws provided, to a
metal surface to facilitate heat dissipation.

BONNET SWITCH

The button must be installed to allow access to the alarm programming procedures and
radio control auto - learning phase. After installation, check to make sure that the button is
depressed at least 5 mm by the bonnet.
Make sure that the button does not press against soundproofing panels or against the outer
bodywork of the vehicle as these materials could deform over a period of time.
