About Maintenance Alerts

3 Click Alerts.
4 Click a type of alert:
• Error
• Warning
• Information
5 Configure the settings for each alert.
6 When you are finished, click Save.
You can set maintenance alerts to define the threshold or value at which
an alert is sent to you. For example, you can set a value in millimeters
printed at which the printer triggers an alert telling you that it is time to
clean the printhead.

Set Maintenance Alerts from the Main Menu

1 From the Main Menu, select Settings > System Settings >
Maintenance Alerts.
2 Enter the values you want to set for each maintenance alert.
