Use one of these methods to view and change printer configuration
settings:
Main Menu
Printer Web page
PrintSet 5
Programming commands
SmartSystems
You can view or change settings from the Settings menu on the printer.
1 From the Main Menu, select Settings and press
menu appears.
2 Select the settings you want to configure and make your changes.
3 When prompted, save your changes.
The first time you turn on the printer, all menus are available from the
Main Menu. You can restrict access to the Main Menu, as well as menus
on a USB flash drive by requiring a PIN to access menus, or you can
disable access to all menus.
1 From the Main Menu, select Settings > System Settings > Display.
2 Select a Menu Access option:
Enable (default): All users can access menus from the Main
Menu and from a USB flash drive menu.
Enable with PIN: Users need to enter a PIN to access the Main
Menu or a USB flash drive menu.
Disable: Users cannot access menus from the Main Menu or
from a USB flash drive menu.
3 If you select Enable with PIN, type in a PIN.
4 Save your changes.
