Electric power steering system warning light
(warning buzzer)
Indicates a malfunction in the EPS (Electric Power Steer-
ing) system.
 Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer
immediately.
Smart entry & start system indicator (warning buzzer)

Indicates a malfunction in the smart entry & start system.
 Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer.
Open door warning light (warning buzzer)
Indicates that a door is not fully closed.
 Check that all the doors are closed.
Low fuel level warning light

3NR-FE, 3NR-FKE, 2NR-FE and 1NR-FE engines
Indicates that remaining fuel is about 6.3 L (1.6 gal.,
1.3 Imp.gal.) or less.

2NR-FBE engine
Indicates that remaining fuel is about 6.8 L (1.7 gal.,
1.4 Imp.gal.) or less.
 Refuel the vehicle.
Driver's seat belt reminder light (warning buzzer) (if

equipped)
Warns the driver to fasten his or her seat belts.
 Fasten the seat belt.
Driver's and front passenger's seat belt reminder light
(warning buzzer) (if equipped)
Warns the driver and/or front passenger to fasten his or

her seat belts
 Fasten the seat belt.
If the front passenger's seat is occupied, the front
passenger's seat belt also needs to be fastened to
make the warning light (warning buzzer) turn off.
Speed warning light (warning buzzer) (if equipped)

Indicate that your vehicle speed reaches or exceeds
120 km/h (75 mph).
 Slow down at 120 km/h (75 mph) or less.
