After mounting a new tire, ride conserva-
tively for a while to become accustomed to
the "feel" of the new tire and to allow the
tire to seat itself properly in the rim.
Failure to do so could lead to an accident
with possible injury to the rider or damage
to the vehicle.

After a tire has been repaired or replaced,
be sure to tighten the tire air valve stem
locknut

NOTE:
To prevent damaging the wheel, place a rag
between the screwdriver and the wheel surface.
c. Remove the wheel bearings 3 with a gen-
