INSTALLING THE STARTER CLUTCH
(T135SE)
1. Install:
9 starter clutch 1
NOTE:
9 While holding the generator rotor
sheave holder, tighten the starter clutch bolt.
9 Do not allow the sheave holder to touch the
projection on the generator rotor.
9 Lock the threads on the starter clutch bolts by
staking them with a center punch.

INSTALLING THE GENERATOR

1. Install:
9 woodruff key
9 generator rotor
9 generator rotor nut
NOTE:
9 Clean the tapered portion of the crankshaft
and the generator rotor hub.
9 When installing the generator rotor, make sure
the woodruff key is properly sealed in the key-
way of the crankshaft.
2. Tighten:
9 generator rotor nut 1
NOTE:

9 While holding the generator rotor
sheave holder 3 , tighten the generator rotor
nut.
9 Do not allow the sheave holder to touch the
projection on the generator rotor.
