1 Measure and write down the following values before the first power on:
• Earth loop impedance:
• Insulation resistance:
• DC cabling from the Pantograph rails to the charging station:
2 After checking the SICHARGE UC MastPanto, mount the covers of the electronics boxes
Switch on MastPanto
No.
1 Switch on the following switch elements on the SICHARGE UC charging station for the low voltage
cable/AC of the SICHARGE UC MastPanto
• Backup fuse
• Residual current operated circuit breaker
2 Measure and write down the following values:
• Voltage AC
• Voltage DC
• DC polarity on the DC contactors
• DC polarity on the pantograph
3 Wait until the Linux-Controller (ACD board) of the SICHARGE UC MastPanto has fully started.
4 Check the SW and configuration of the ACD board.
5 Setup the Wifi-router with sinec pni tool.
6 Enter the IP address192.168.3.169 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0.
7 Configure and change password.
8 Setup the Y sensor
9 Setup frost monitor to W=4 °C
10 After checking the SICHARGE UC MastPanto, mount the covers of the electronics boxes
11 Close the maintenance door
Functional Tests
No.
1 Check the status LED in the Mast [if present] (Green available / Red charging)
2 Press the charge stop button on the charger. Ensure HMI indicates that charge stop is pressed and
the Pantograph is moving up in standby position and status LED turns off
3 Open the door of the charger while it is powered on. Ensure HMI indicates that the door is open
and status LED turns off
