5.2 Installation
Preparing the mounting area
No.
1 Prepare for foundation and check that the mounting direction of the mast and the driving direc-
tion of the bus correspond with the installed cable connection in the contact hood.
2 Create foundation according the interface description below
3 Put foundatin in the soil according to installation height of the MastHood (see picture below)
4 Before mounting, remove foreign bodies and dirt from the mounting surface
5 Check the threaded rods for damage and dirt. Clean and repair the threaded rods
6 Screw 2 nuts on each threaded rod
7 Place a washer on the nuts
8 Align the nuts with a level
9 Make sure that the position of the nuts matches the position of the mast planned in the project for
its location
10 Mark the position of the nuts
