Inclusion of the blocks in execution levels
The blocks are calculated in the following execution groups:
● The DCC blocks in "SwayControl" operate in the sampling time of the SIMOTION
interpolator cycle (T2). One exception is the DCC_SCDIAG block, which must be in T3.
● The function blocks in the "AddOn" MCC source file operate in a cyclical execution level.
Connections
The required connections are contained in the tables for the connections of the required DCC
and FB blocks ("Variables" column) in Chapters AddOn DCC library (Page 37) and AddOn FB
library (Page 58).

The DCC_SCHOIST block controls the hoist in all operating modes. Applying the control
signals influences the hoist behavior. The block then outputs signals including an output
velocity.
The DCC_SCTROLLEY block controls the trolley in all operating modes. The behavior of
the trolley is influenced by the control signals generated by the block. The block then
outputs signals including an output velocity.
The DCC_SCTARGETS block is responsible for learning the target positions and their
internal administration. Targets on the waterside are always learned independently by
observation. Furthermore, it is possible to learn a parking position, a lashing position and
several lane positions.
Use of the DCC blocks DCC_SCTROLLEY and DCC_SCHOIST is essential to ensure
proper functioning.
The DCC_SCOBSTACLES block can be used to inform the system from an external
source about obstacles to be considered in semi-automatic mode (SAM) and, if activated,
in manual mode (MAN).
The DCC_SCCAMERA block makes data available for communication with the camera
measuring system and receives the measured values from the camera measuring system.
