Possible Causes
• Load movement while stopped.
• F381 setting is too low.
• Encoder malfunction.
• Creep speed is too high.
• The output torque level setting of
setting of F988 to allow for the brake release.
• Firmware information (typeform) loaded into the Gate Driver board is
inconsistent with the device in which the firmware is being used.
• The Gate Driver board has been replaced.
• The Gate Driver board is defective.
• Internal low impedance at the U lead of the ASD.
• External low impedance at the U, V, or W lead of the ASD output.
• Torque processing error.
• Make service call.
• Internal low impedance at the V lead of the ASD.
• Internal low impedance at the W lead of the ASD.
