3-4-3. VCO Free-Running Frequency
Adjustment
Adjustment Procedure
1. Remove the cover panel. (Refer to Section 1-4-1.)
2. Check that S3001-2 on the MC-66 board is set as
follows:
NTSC (BRC-300): OFF
PAL (BRC-300P): ON
3. Set S3501-3 and S3501-4 on the MC-66 board to ON.
4. Connect the tools and equipment, referring to Section
3-4-2.
5. Turn on the power of all the equipment, and warm
them up for about 20 minutes.
D4401 on the MC-66 board lights and "EVR_BRU
no:001 data:xxx" will be displayed.
6. Adjust "data" using the UP and DOWN switches
(S4803 and S4804) so that the value on the frequency
counter satisfies the specification.

7. Perform "3-4-4. Encoder Output Level Adjustment".

Adjustment Procedure
1. Press the ADJ switch S4802 on the CN-2548 board to
