Before any intervention it is essential to cut off all supply of the machine

Repair

Replacement of the FC73 and FC75 «Advance/Return clamps» limit switch:
Remove / Assembly:
1. Remove the left side frame of the machine.
2. Disconnect the wire of the faulty limit switch.
3. Remove the limit switch and replace it by a new one.
4. Connect the wire on the new limit switch.
5. Switch on the machine, activate manually the new limit switch and check that the indicator
on the A7_FEEDER board is lit.
Correspondence of indicator:
6. Put back the frame.
Replacement of the FC71 and FC72 «Spacing clamps» limit switch:
Remove / Assembly:
1. Remove the splash guard.
2. Disconnect the wire of the faulty limit switch.
3. Remove the limit switch and replace it by a new one.
4. Connect the wire on the new limit switch.
5. Switch on the machine, activate manually the new limit switch and check that the indicator
on the A7_FEEDER board is lit.
Correspondence of indicator:
6. Put back the splash guard.

Replacement of the P1 potentiometer:

Remove / Assembly:
1. Open the Display.
2. Disconnect the wire of the faulty potentiometer.
3. Remove the potentiometer and replace it by a new one.
4. Connect the wire of the new potentiometer.
5. Switch on the machine and check the operation of the potentiometer.
6. Close the display.
