Operation
Spacing clamps:
The spacing of clamps is done by the M723 motor which is controlled by the ELECTROLUX
ITS via the A7_FEEDER board. By defect the clamps are in «close» position.
The KA1 relay, which is activated only once the safety chain (emergency push button)
checked, allow to control the M723 motor.
The activation of the M723 motor for the spacing clamps is activated by the S7.11 switch in
«MANUAL» mode or automatically in «AUTO» mode and the deactivation is activated by the
FC71 limit switch.
The activation of the M723 motor for the closing clamps is activated by the S7.11 switch in
«MANUAL» mode or automatically in «AUTO» mode and the deactivation is activated by the
FC72 limit switch.
The P1 potentiometer allow to adjust the engine torque for the spacing clamps.
Advance/Return clamps:
The advance and return of clamps are done by the M715 back-geared motor controlled
by the ELECTROLUX ITS via the A7_FEEDER board. By defect the clamps are in 'return'
position (toward the operator).
The activation of the M715 back-geared motor for the advance clamps is activated after the
detection of the FC71 limit switch (spacing clamps), and the deactivation is activate by the
FC73 limit switch.
The activation of the M715 back-geared motor for the return clamps is activated by the
S7.11 switch in «MANUAL» mode or automatically in «AUTO» mode and the deactivation is
activated by the FC75 limit switch.
