Memory structure
The memory structure available to the user is
organized in two areas.
1. User memory
The user memory contains the current system and
user data with which the control operates (active file
system).
Example:
Active machine data, tool offset data, zero offsets.
2. Program memory
The files and programs are stored in the program
memory and are thus permanently stored (passive
file system).
Example:
Main programs and subprograms, macro definitions.
