Shipping material/Procedure
(1) FP-D250/D350
Install the printer controller mount-
ing bracket (4 screws).

(2) Install the locking wire saddles.
(x4: FP-D250/D350)
(x3: FP-D450/D600)
(3) Install the mini clamp. (x1)
For FP-D250/D350
(1) Install the low voltage power sup-
ply cooling fan onto the printer
controller mounting bracket.
(Use lower side of the holes.)
(2 screws)
Note: Make sure that the label on

the cooling fan is facing to-
wards the low voltage
power supply PCB.
(2) Connect the cooling fan harness
onto CN43 on the CPU PCB and
cooling fan connector.
(1) Install the power harness 1 and 2
in the locking wire saddles.
For FP-D250/D350
(1) Install the hard disk drive bracket
(left). (2 screws)
(2) Install the hard disk drive bracket
(right). (2 screws)
Note: When the optional hard disk
drive is installed, install it to the
hard disk drive mounting
bracket before it is installed to
the machine.
(Refer to the hard disk drive
(FA-HD01/HD02) installation
procedure.)
