2. Copy density Sensor contamination adjustment

Location Procedure
• The following adjustment is required when
the drum is replaced.
(1) Remove the old drum from the drum
housing.
(2) Clean the Image Density Sensor with a
blower brush or Q-tip.
(3) Install the new drum.
(4) Enter the service mode.
(5) Enter service mode F8 and select code
"14".
(6) Press the "Start" Key. This procedure will
take approximately 30 seconds to complete.
(7) Press the "Stop" key twice to return to F
mode.
(8) Press the "6" key
(9) Select F6-65 and record the contents on
the RAM data sheet.
