REMOVING THE DRIVE CHAIN AND
SPROCKETS
1.Stand the vehicle on a level surface.
w
Securely support the vehicle so that there is
no danger of it falling over.
NOTE:
Place the vehicle on a suitable stand so that the
rear wheel is elevated.
2. Remove:
9 rear wheel
9 rear wheel drive hub assembly
Refer to "REAR WHEELAND BRAKE".
3. Remove:
9 shift pedal bolt
1
9 shift pedal 1
9 drive sprocket cover bolts
9 drive sprocket cover 2

4. Remove:
9 master link clip 1
9 master link plate 2
9 master link body 3
5. Remove:
9 drive chain
6. Remove:
9 sprocket holder bolt
9 drive sprocket holder 1
9 drive sprocket 2
