[6] Halt on NG measurement
You can stop all measurements when an NG image (according to the final evaluation results) occurrs
while operating the IV-S30.
Select "2HALT ON NG MEAS" on the [OBJECT TYPE SYS.] menu.
Move the cursor to "SYSTEM" on the [TYPE MEAS COND] menu.
