Servicing policy
Repairs and service procedures must be performed at a Datex-Ohm-
eda Authorized Service Center. Contact your Datex-Ohmeda Service
Representative or Datex-Ohmeda Authorized Distributor.
If you are shipping the unit to the nearest Datex-Ohmeda Field Oper-
ations Unit, package the vaporizer and power cord securely for protec-
tion in its original packaging, and ship it prepaid. Provide the following
items:

Warranty information such as a copy of the invoice or other docu-
mentation.
Purchase order number to cover repair or service of equipment
not under warranty.
