Remove all power cords from the power supply unit of the maintenance-target
crossbar box.

Note - When receiving power from the dual power supply, be sure to disconnect the power
cord after taking notes on the connection position in order to reconnect the cord correctly.

Remove the cable (SIG) or cable (PWR) connecting the crossbar backplane unit and
terminal board.
