Type 3 (Date) Answer Schedule Options

Routing Mailbox Number

(MAILBOX NUM)
Use this option to select the Routing Mailbox that will answer calls when this Answer Schedule is active.
Routing Mailboxes can be either Subscriber, Call Routing or Announcement Mailboxes.
If the Routing Mailbox is an Announcement Mailbox, the outside caller will hear the recorded
announcement. Depending on how the Announcement Mailbox is programmed, IntraMail will then
hang up, reroute the call, or provide additional dialing options.
If the Routing Mailbox is a Call Routing Mailbox, the outside caller will hear the instruction menu
and can dial any options allowed by the associated Dial Action Table.
If the Routing Mailbox is a Subscriber Mailbox, the outside caller hears the mailbox greeting (if
recorded) and can leave a message.

Subscriber Mailbox number (300-427)
UND (Undefined - entered by pressing CLEAR )

✔ There are no Type 3 (Date) Answer Schedules by default.
✔ Once enabled, the default for this option is UND (Undefined - entered by pressing CLEAR ).

Schedule Run Date

(DATE (MM/DD))
Use this option to select the date on which the selected Answer Schedule should become active

Month and Day (MMDD).
- For example, for Christmas day enter 1225.
Default
✔ There are no Type 3 (Date) Answer Schedules by default.
✔ Once enabled, the default for this item is 0101 (January 1).

Schedule Start Time

(ST TIME (HH:MM)
Use this option to specify the time the schedule should start on the date specified in Schedule Run Date
above when this Answer Schedule is active.
