Adjust the conveyor transfer position between the machines.
When lateral offsets exist between the line alignment jig is identified at Step 14.
Set a crowbar under the machine and move the machine to the position where lateral offsets between
the line alignment jigs are eliminated.
Caution
When using a crowbar to move the machine, maintain the correct posture to secure the safety.
Otherwise, your back could be damaged.
Caution
When moving the machine, be careful not to let the machine collide into its upstream/downstream
machine.
When height difference existsbetween the line alignment jigs in Step 14.
Adjust the machine height (board transfer height) by following Step10 in this section.
Remove the line alignment jigs.
Caution
Be sure to remove the line alignment jigs. Otherwise machine crash or other faulty conditions can
occur.
Re-measure the horizontality and the board transfer height of the machine
following Step 7 through Step 10. If the measurements are out of range, repeat the procedure
until the measurements are within range.
When the machine is moved, its horizontality and the board transfer height may change due to
the floor condition.
Repeat Step 14 through Step 17 until the conveyor connection between the
machines, machine horizontality and board transfer height are all adjusted within acceptable
range.
Remove the spirit level gauge from the machine.
Caution
Be sure to remove the spirit gauge. Otherwise machine crash or other failure.
Place a rubber plate or equivalent to
protect the floor.
