Non-PLU Code

The NON-PLU Code program must be set if you wish to scan UPCs (using the EAN 13 code)
with embedded prices, weights or quantities. Refer to the Samsung SPS 1000 Program
Manual for a complete description of your options in this program.
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Non-PLU Code to display the Non PLU# Code
screen for the selected store file.
2. Enter the Non PLU Code # you wish to edit, or select the number at the
Non PLU# list box.
3. Edit fields as necessary by moving your mouse pointer to the field you wish to edit:




You can edit fields with numeric information by double clicking on the field, then
entering new data.
You can edit fields with drop-down list boxes by opening the list box and selecting
from the available options.
You can edit fields with check boxes by clicking on the field to add or remove a
check.
