2. Click the Edit button to open the selection fields for editing. Note fields in yellow
cannot be edited. Note that you must use the scroll bar to access the fields that are not
currently in view.
3. Edit fields as necessary by moving your mouse pointer to the field you wish to edit:

20 Menu Functions
You can edit fields with numeric information by double clicking on the field, then
entering new data. If you are entering price data, you must use the decimal key.
You can edit fields with drop-down list boxes (such as the PLU STATUS LINK#
field) by opening the list box and selecting from the available options.
You can edit fields with check boxes (such as the PRESET field) by clicking on the
field to add or remove a check.
