Converting the Bit Map Image for the SPS-1000

1. Run CONV_BMP.EXE.
2. Enter the filename without extension (.bmp).
3. Output filename is the same and extension is DAT.

Prepare Downloading the Bit Map Image on the SPS-1000

1. In the S-Mode MEMORY ALLOCATION, set to Y the STORE BITMAP item.
2. In the S-Mode SERIAL PORT DEVICE SELECTION, set the port where PC is
connected to POLLING.
Downloading the Bit Map Image to the SPS-1000 with
SAM1000
1. Rename the converted DAT file to <storename>.bmi
2. Place the file in the appropriate store directory.
3. Send the BIT MAP LOGO from the SEND TO ECR screen.
Downloading the Bit Map Image to the SPS-1000 with the
Samsung Utility
1. Place the file in the same directory as the program "spsdown.exe".
2. Execute the spsdown.exe program with the following switches: spsdown <INFO>
