Employee Card Read Format
The Employee Card Read Format is programmed here to have the optional magnetic card
reader operate for employee sign on. Information set here determines the number that is read
when the card is swiped.
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Employee, nad then select Card Read Format to
display the Card Read Format Program screen for the selected store file.
2. Click on the check boxes and fill in the numeric fields to program your magnetic card
reader to work for employee sign in.
