Job Codes
The job codes to be used by all employees are set up here. There are 20 possible job codes.
Each job code you wish to activate must be given a descriptor here.
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Employee, then select Job Codes to display the Job
Codes Program screen for the selected store file.
2. Use the scroll box at the right of the screen to find the field you wish to program.
3. Edit job codes as necessary by double clicking on a field, then entering a new descriptor.
4. Click Exit to save changes.
