7 Handling Common Faults
Symptom
The smoke sensor generates a
false alarm.
The infrared sensor generates a
false alarm.
The door status sensor generates
a false alarm.
Analog value measurement
fails.

Solution
Check whether the smoke sensor is correctly connected.
Check whether the DIP switch SW_BKE 2 is correctly set.
Check whether the infrared sensor is correctly connected.
Check whether the DIP switch SW_BKE 3 is correctly set.
Check whether the button on the door status sensor is
pressed into the correct position.
Check whether the door status sensor is correctly
connected.
Check whether the DIP switch SW_BKE 4 is correctly set.
Check whether associated DIP switches are correctly set.
