The HO-03A door status sensor consists of a dry finger pipe and a magnetic ferrite. The dry
finger pipe consists of two soft magnetic metal fingers that are close to each other. When the
magnetic ferrite is close to the dry finger pipe, the fingers are magnetized and attracted to each
other. When the magnetic field no longer covers the fingers, the fingers spring apart.
