Calculating the scaling value
The scale conversion is based on the following formulae. (In scale conversion, values are rounded off to the nearest whole
number.)
The calculation formula for a scaling value varies depending on the relationship of a scaling range upper limit value and
scaling range lower limit value.

Set values for "Scaling range upper limit value" and "Scaling range lower limit value".
