Field Remedy
1) Clear the parts counter.
Service Mode > Service Mode > COPIER > Counter > PRDC-1 > PO-UNIT (Pre-transfer Charging Ass'y parts counter)
2) Execute the Charging Wire cleaning.
Service Mode > COPIER > Function > CLEANING > WIRE-EX (Cleaning of Charge Wire (5-reciprocation))
3) Execute the ITB neutral position adjustment.
Service Mode > COPIER > Function > INSTALL > INIT-ITB (Creation of ITB edge profile)
4) Execute the Auto Adjust Gradation.
Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Auto Adjust Gradation > Full Adjust
5) Execute the color displacement correction.
Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Auto Correct Color Mismatch
6) Execute the uneven density correction.
Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Correct Shading

Field Remedy
a) Before replacing the Developing Assembly
a-1) Disable (Turn OFF) the warm-up rotation.
Service Mode > COPIER > Function > INSTALL > AINR-OFF (ON/OFF of warm-up rotation deactivation) > "1"
a-2) Turn OFF the main power switch. Replace the Developing Assembly.
b) After replacing the Developing Assembly
b-1) Turn ON the main power switch.
b-2) Clear the counter.
Service Mode > COPIER > Counter > DRBL-1 > DV-UNT-Y/M/C/K (Developing Assembly parts counter)
b-3) Execute the initial installation mode of the Developing Assembly.
b-3-1) Select Service Mode > COPIER > Function > INSTALL > CLR-SET (Spec color for Developing Ass'y-related process), and set the target color to "1".
b-3-2) Select Service Mode > COPIER > Function > INSTALL > INISET (Exection Developing Ass'y (any color) initial install mode).
b-4) Execute the ITB neutral position adjustment.
Service Mode > COPIER > Function > INSTALL > INIT-ITB (Creation of ITB edge profile)
b-5) Execute the Auto Adjust Gradation.
Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Auto Adjust Gradation > Full Adjust

Service Mode > COPIER > Function > MISC-P > PT-LPADJ (Adjustment of Patch Sensor light intensity)
4) Execute the Auto Adjust Gradation.
Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Auto Adjust Gradation > Full Adjust
5) Execute the color displacement correction.
