Checking the delivery

1. Check the packaging and the device for visible damage caused by inappropriate handling
during shipping.
2. Report any claims for damages immediately to the shipping company.
3. Retain the damaged parts for clarification.
4. Check the scope of delivery by comparing your order with the shipping documents for
correctness and completeness.

Check the scope of delivery
Check the scope of delivery using the delivery note. Compare the serial numbers on the
delivery note with the serial numbers on the basic device or on the modules.
Also check whether the package includes the following items:
● The scope of delivery of a SIPROCESS GA700 gas analyzer includes:
– "Manual Collection" CD-ROM, → References (Page 91)
– This printed copy of the Compact Operating Instructions
● When ex and non-ex analyzer modules are supplied separately, only the CD-ROM is
included.
Note
Checking expanded product packages for Ex devices
Ensure that the following additional items are included in the product package for devices
designed for hazardous zones:
● Rack-mounted and wall-mounted device: IEC connector
● Rack-mounted device only:
– Mounting bracket
– Ethernet strain relief
