2
Touch the [Print Start] button.
A numeric keypad appears for inputting the password
(budget code).
3
Store staff inputs the password and touches the [OK]
key.
The staff member uses the numeric keypad displayed
on the screen to enter a four-digit password (either the
checkout password or the administrator password).
Memo
• If using budget codes, input the budget code instead
of a password and then touch the [OK] button.
• If using a memory card to input the password,
simply insert the memory card when the password
input screen appears.
If the correct password is input, printing begins.
When a message prompting you to remove the
memory card appears, remove the memory card from
the slot.
Note
Do not remove the memory card until the unit prompts
you to do so. Removing the memory card at the wrong
time could result in the loss or damage of image data.
In addition, removing the expansion CompactFlash
card while printing is in progress may prevent printing
from continuing normally.
