PATH CONTROL FUNCTION
For machines that require a high path accuracy, such as processors, the following functions enables the path accuracy to be
improved.

Path tracking model adaptive control
Model adaptive control reduces the settling time in positioning control, and path tracking model adaptive control reduces the
overshoot and improves path accuracy. Use this function on machines that require a high path accuracy, such as processors.
In addition, the path-tracking model adaptive control reduces the tracking error in the reciprocating motion.
• When [Pr. PA24.0 Vibration suppression mode selection] is set to a value other than "4"

Setting the path tracking model adaptive control
When using the path tracking model adaptive control, set [Pr. PA24.0 Vibration suppression mode selection] to "4" (Path
tracking mode).
