Troubleshooting
This section explains the contents, causes, and corrective actions of various error which may occur during the system use.
For module-specific troubleshooting, refer to the manual for respective modules.
In case of error occurrence, saving a user program or device status, etc. will be useful for clarifying the factors
of the error.

Troubleshooting procedure
1.
Check the LED on the power supply module.

Check the LED on the C Controller module.

Check the LED on each I/O module or intelligent function module. ( User's manual for respective modules
(Application))
4.
Connect CW Configurator, and start the system monitor function. The module which causes error can be checked.

Select the module causing the error, and start the Module Diagnostic function. The cause and corrective actions can be
checked. (Page 58 Module diagnostics)
6.
If the cause cannot be identified by the Module Diagnostic function, check the operation or error logs with CW
Configurator to identify the causes. (Page 59 Event history)
7.
If the cause still cannot be identified by the step 1 to 6, perform the troubleshooting by symptom. ( User's manual for
