8.18 Deleting a Site

Context
Using the Delete Site function, the chair site can disconnect a site from the conference and
remove the site from the conference control screen.
The chair site cannot be deleted.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap the site in the site list.
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 In the displayed dialog box, click OK.

8.19 Exiting a Conference

Context
Sites can exit a conference at any time. The chair site and the conference convener can end the
conference or exit the conference without ending it.
