9.2 Recording a Conference

Context
The telepresence system supports the recording of local or remote video and audio. You can
record a conference from the touch panel or the Telepresence System Manager.
Procedure
Step 1 From the home screen of the touch panel, tap
Conference screen.
Step 2 Tap
If the telepresence system is not in a conference, only
Step 3 Tap
Step 4 While the system is recording, tap

Right-click Recording System.
Select Settings from the shortcut menu.
Enter the IP address of the recording server in Recording server IP address.
In Connection password, enter the password to connect to the recording system.
Select or deselect Record presentation based on site requirements.
Click Save.

conference, do the following:
1. Log in to the Telepresence System Manager, and click Device Control to display the device topology.
2. Right-click Recording System.
