7.16 (Optional) Network Recording

Prerequisites
The network recording function is available when all the following conditions are met:




Procedure
Step 1 On the touch panel home screen, tap More to display the conference control list.
Step 2 Tap Start Network Recording to start recording the conference.
Step 3 Tap Stop Network Recording to pause.

7.17 Deleting a Site

Context
The chair site can delete sites from the conference control screen.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap the site in the site list.
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 In the displayed dialog box, click OK.

7.18 Starting or Stopping Viewing Sites in Turn

Context
The chair site can view all sites in turn at a predefined interval.

A recording server is available on the network.
The ongoing multipoint conference supports network recording.
Your site is chairing the conference.
Network recording is enabled on the Telepresence System Manager.
