6.3 Viewing Picture in Picture

After the picture in picture function is enabled, three small windows are displayed on the three
HD displays separately.
The picture in picture function does not use additional system resources and does not need to be
preset before conferences, which is different from the continuous presence function.
From the home screen, tap more to display the conference controls list:

6.4 Viewing Presentations

Context
Presentations are displayed on tabletop displays by default, but can also be displayed on the HD
displays. You can view presentations in different ways depending on the system status:

After sending or receiving a presentation, you can configure the HD displays to show the
presentation or conference video. By default, the presentation is displayed on the tabletop
displays.
Procedure
Step 1 From the home screen, tap
