8.11 Sharing Presentations

Context
The telepresence system supports the presentation sharing function. You can share your desktop
content with remote sites during conferences.
Procedure
Step 1 Use a Video Graphics Array (VGA) cable to connect the VGA IN input on one of the multi-
functional sockets to the video output of the presentation source, and use an audio cable to
connect the AUDIO IN input of the same multi-functional socket to the audio output of the
presentation source.

8.12 Starting or Stopping Viewing Sites in Turn

Context
After the chair site enables View in Turn, all participating sites are displayed on the HD displays
of the chair site one by one in alphabetical order of the site names. The default site switching
interval is 5s.
To set the interval at which the chair site views sites in turn, tap
Advanced Settings > Conference Settings, and set Interval for viewing sites in turn.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more on the home screen to display the conference controls list.
