3.4 Home Screen Buttons

describes the buttons on the home screen of the touch panel.
Description
Powers on or off
devices.
Adjusts the local
speaker volume. When
the volume is adjusted to
0, the local speaker is
muted.
Displays the main
menu.
Displays the two stage
keypad.
NOTE
When joining an
authentication
conference, use the two
stage keypad and follow
the IVR instructions to
specify the language and
enter the conference
password.
The chair site can extend
the duration of the
conference by 10 to 360
minutes.
This button is available
only during
conferences.

Button Description
Mutes or unmutes the local microphones.
Displays the help selection screen.
Displays the call screen.
Tap the button to share the presentation. If
two presentation sources are separately
connected to the left and right multi-
functional sockets, you need to choose to
send the left or right presentation source
by tapping Send Left Presentation
Source or Send Right Presentation
Source.
Tap to cancel presentation sharing.
NOTE
If the telepresence system comes with tabletop
displays, the presentation is displayed on the
tabletop displays by default. If the telepresence
system does not come with any tabletop
displays, the presentation is displayed on the
left and right HD displays by default.
Displays conference controls. This button
is available only during conferences
except those held on an IMS network.
